Alejandro is a Lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes, with postgraduate studies in Commercial Law and also with post-graduate studies in International Business Law from the same University and has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa of Madrid in 2012.

 

With 14 years of experience leading and being part of different leading companies in various sectors, designing, implementing, and executing Legal strategies, for the improvement of processes and putting at the service of the business in these areas, focused on providing sustainable and profitable solutions for the business. For almost 6 years he served as Legal Director of Foxtelecolombia, strengthening the area and creating processes that were later replicated in the expansion of the company to Mexico.

 

Since February 2021 he has served as CBO (Chief Business and Legal Officer), structuring the area in the company, orienting it to achieve the strategic objectives of the area and the company.
