Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in Human Management and organization management.
He started his career in manufacturing areas and evolved into Human Management after having experience in areas of strategy, culture management, implementation of management systems and process improvement. These different roles gave him an integral vision of Human Management as a strategic partner of the organization, and through this he has had the opportunity to accompany the development of management teams, to improve their effective contribution to the achievement of organizational objectives.
After 36 years of work, he formed his consulting company to share his experience with other companies in human and organizational matters. In 2020 Fabio joins the team as CTO (Chief Talent Officer) with the aim of strengthening all the human talent processes and ensuring that Dynamo has the ideal talent to fulfill its strategic plan.
