Lilian is a Public Accountant from the National University of Colombia, with a specialization in Assurance and Internal Control from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. For 10 years she worked as an Internal Auditor in companies of the real sector, carrying out assurance and consulting processes on issues of Corporate Governance, Risks and Controls.

She joined Dynamo in 2017 as Internal Auditor, in order to support the company in the process of defining policies and processes, identifying risks, and designing and implementing control measures. In this role, Lilian supported the company in strengthening its control environment.

As of 2018 Lilian assumed the role of Head of Human Talent and is in charge of the areas of Talent, Improvement (Processes and Compliance) and Safety and Health at Work.

 

She is responsible for defining the strategic guidelines of the areas and directing the human talent processes in Dynamo (support areas and projects), ensuring alignment with the desired culture to achieve a balance between the well-being of our employees and the achievement of our strategic objectives.
